30 Day Happiness Challenge

Erm excuse me, but how is it already November?

I mean I'm not complaining because this month is my birthday month (yay!) But this year has seems to have absolutely flown by, even though I've spent the majority of it in my apartment because of lockdown.

There's no denying that this year has bought about so much confusion, anxiety and different types of emotions for all of us, and with the majority of the UK being back in tier 3 lockdown, I've decided to put together a little happiness challenge to help lift your spirits!

I actually set myself this challenge last month and it helped me so much with my happiness, productivity and giving me little things to look forward to and do each day.

So this list contains an activity for you to complete every day for the next 30 days of November. You don't have to do them in order, but make sure to write them down and tick off each day as you go!

1. Have a pamper day.

2. Call / see a friend.

3. Do something creative.

4. Read a book.

5. Meditate.

6. Bake!

7. Make a fancy breakfast for yourself.

8. Do some yoga.

9. Put on fresh bedsheets.

10. Have a PJ day.

11. Listen to a podcast.

12. Call / see your family.

13. Have a movie night with candles.

14. Exercise!

15. Tidy your house / apartment. 

16. Eat healthy all day.

17. Treat yourself to something.

18. Get up earlier than usual.

19. Have a productive day / Tick everything off your to-do list for the day.

20. Go for a walk.

21. Try something new.

22. Find some new music.

23. Go out for lunch / dinner or treat yourself to a takeaway.

24. Have a relaxing bath.

25. Catch up with an old friend.

26. Have a lazy / reset day.

27. Write down your goals.

28. Learn something new.

29. Have a lie in.

30. Step out of your comfort zone.
